Rates:

Per person rate is $60 per night. 
    Price Increase to $65 per night for Retreats in 2026.

Minimum Booking fee is $360.00 per night for groups of less than 6 people.   Minimum increases to $390 per night for groups under 6 people in 2026.

Cleaning Fee of $150 is additional per group.​

Deposit of $300 is required with your reservation.  

Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

Optional Charges:

Sheets & Towels:  $15 per person.  
    (we encourage you to bring your own) 
​     We supply a set of sheets, pillow, 1 blanket, 1 set of towels.


Group Coordinator

Each group of Quilters MUST appoint a 
Group Coordinator to arrange and book your weekend with Dover Quilt Retreat. The Group Coordinator will:
  • reserve the retreat for your group
  • handle all the money
  • organize or delegate the food arrangement
  • coordinate room assignments
  • communicate with DQR regarding any special arrangements or questions.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to change your event date, a 90 day notice entitles you to a full refund.  Notice between 89-31 days prior allows your deposit to be applied to a future available date.  A cancellation within 30 days of the event will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
